(Dec. 18, 2018) — This past summer, Liberty Outdoor ambassador and Girl Camper podcast star, Janine Pettit, traveled the U.S. in a 2018 Little Guy Mini Max trailer, bringing public awareness to the new Little Guy model as well as giving feedback to the Union, Ohio based manufacturer.

(Nov. 23, 2018) — We all have it. It’s that list in the back of our heads of upgrades we want to do to our trailers. I’ve slowly been pecking away at mine, and recently I knocked off a couple of things I’ve been looking forward to completing.

(Nov. 2, 2018) — First introduced at September’s RV Open House in Elkhart, Indiana, the inTech Sol was one of the most talked about trailers to be seen. Designed with ques from inTech’s popular Luna teardrop, the Sol is inTech’s first venture into the travel trailer segment.

(Oct. 4, 2018) — This years RV manufacturers open house in Elkhart, Indiana offered a lot of the same small trailer floorplans that we all know and love, but as usual there were some new introductions as well.

(July 23, 2018) — The 2018 edition of Tearstock, an annual teardrop and small trailer rally, was the most highly attended Tearstock to date, according to organizers with Liberty Outdoors. Upwards of 275 attendees and 150 trailers converged on Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping in Mackinaw City, Michigan.

(March 23, 2018) — Just eight months after production began on the Little Guy Max, Uniontown, Ohio based Liberty Outdoors today is introducing the next addition to its ever growing lineup in the Little Guy Mini Max.

(March 19, 2018) — This morning I thought I’d post a pic on our Facebook page of a Shamrock trailer, wishing you all a Happy St. Patrick’s Day. That thought soon morphed into writing a post on something I’ve never done before: A hybrid trailer.

(March 12, 2018) — In this entry of Small Trailer Snapshot, I’m featuring the Winnebago Minnie Drop 170S. Not only will I give you my thoughts on it, but I’m tag teaming with Josh “The RV Nerd” Winters, website manager and product specialist at Haylett RV of Coldwater, Michigan.

(Feb. 23, 2018) — It was about this time last year when Aliner introduced the diminutive Ascape travel trailer. The 13 foot, 1350lbs Ascape initially came with a fridge, microwave, stove, and sink, with a TV and sound bar, awning, air conditioning, and potty as a packaged option.

(Dec. 18, 2017) — When I first saw the Kodiak Cub 175BH by Dutchmen RV a few months ago, I immediately started making comparisons to my Shasta Oasis 18BH since it is essentially the same floor plan.

(July 28, 2017) — That famed quote by Mark Twain in a letter he wrote in 1897 is something that popped into my head on the drive back home to Indiana recently after visiting Liberty Outdoors’ facility in Somerset, Pa.

(April 7, 2017) — It started a little over a year ago when Forest River filed a lawsuit against Winnebago Industries, citing “trademark and trade dress infringement and unfair competition” in regards to Winnebago’s introduction of the Winnie Drop. Forest River contended the Winnie Drop was “confusingly similar” to their R-pod, citing consumers who couldn’t differentiate the two trailers, according to Small Trailer Enthusiast.
