BOSTON — Meet a pioneer of campgrounds, the original family owner of Lakewood Campground in Myrtle Beach, S.C.

Built in 1959, the back story is as interesting as the current amenity-filled campground with lots of ocean front space, Rollin’ On TV noted today.

Next on the show, setting up a campsite is fun but one of the things people deal with is where to put weight distribution bars and the hitch when they are not in use.

While many people normally put them into the travel trailer storage compartment or the back of the truck, Jeff Johnson demonstrates a new way to store these heavy items out of the way in their own handy storage item.

Also in this show, the elements of nature can really erode the outside of an RV. Seals crack and dry out. Mark Polk, of RV Education 101, shows us how to replace plastic pieces on his on project RV.

These stories and more on this week’s episode of Rollin’ On TV.
