WASHINGTON — This week’s pumpkin patch theme is Feeling Hot, Hot, Hot! The temperatures have been in the 90s and humid but that hasn’t stopped the customers from clamoring at the counter to buy their pumpkins for the season! It’s typically slow in the mornings so a few times during the week one of us will run an errand or two…taking care of a load or two at the laundromat down the road, replenishing groceries, or grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants nearby.
