FL: RVs and campers will be allowed on individual lots

PANAMA CITY, Fla. — On Tuesday, Panama City Commissioners approved a resolution that would allow mobile homes, recreational vehicles, and campers on individual lots within the city limits of Panama City regardless of the zoning district.

This is temporary change would be for up to 12 months with a removal date of no later than October 10, 2019.

These structures would have to be at least 15 feet from the property line. Property owners would also have to provide a rough site plan showing how the temporary structure will sit on the property.
