LIVINGSTON, Texas — Until 2018, if Escapees Club members wanted to set their membership or mail service options to auto-renewal, they needed to complete a paper form and mail it back to headquarters.
Today, the Escapees tech and web development team released added functionality in the membership and payment systems. Now, when members renew their membership and/or mail service account, they can opt-in for automatic renewal via the website.
When members enter credit card information, they will see several options:
- Automatic renewal of membership only.
- Checkboxes for automatic renewal of membership, mail service, mail scanning, and refilling a postage account.
With either situation, members select whichever options they wish to renew automatically.
With the postage refill option, the threshold is $25. That means is a credit card will automatically be charged the replenishment amount selected when current postage balance drops below $25.
Paper forms are still available for those who prefer that method of signing up for automatic renewal. To print and complete the form, visit https://member.escapees.com/members and click on “credit card authorization form.”
