WASHINGTON — Cooking is not always easy in a small RV kitchen when there is very little counter space to work with. These are some of the easy ways you can get more counter space as needed.

1. Use a stove or sink cover
When not in use, you can easily turn the sink and stove into usable counter space. There are stovetop and sink covers that can be used as a cutting board or as a place to set things down.

The covers are made in oak, bamboo, and Bordeaux. They secure to your cooktop or over the sink with adjustable feet and can be removed just as easily when it’s time to cook or do the dishes.
