CA: City turns spotlight on scofflaw RV campers

LONG BEACH — Visitors who park their RVs for prolonged periods on vacant lots in Long Beach are drawing the ire of city leaders.

Members of the City Council have discussed more vigorous enforcement of people camping in RVs on properties without water-sewer hookups.
