CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — While the summer means you can go jump in the pool or go out as a family, Mother Nature allows you the chance to explore the outdoors and terrain of the land.
Tennessee is home to a number of campgrounds, small and large, including a national park on the eastern side of the state.
Here are just a few camping areas to go to explore the outdoors.
Great Smoky Mountains National Park
The national park covers over 522,000 acres between Tennessee and North Carolina, and it’s split almost evenly.
