Web Advise Podcast looks at managing vs. delegating

BURLESON, Texas — In this week’s episode of the Web Advise video podcast, Braden Walker talks about making decisions as a business owner on what to do with online marketing and website maintenance as opposed to technical skills.

“It’s very easy to make decisions based on what’s the cheapest route to go when you don’t understand all that goes into a service,” said Walker. “Then, when that decision comes back to bite you in the butt, you realize you should have taken a different route. That is what this week’s video is addressing and hopefully will provide some insight on what it takes to self-manage your online presence vs. delegating out certain aspects of it to make sure its being done well.”
