SUMNER, Wash. — Beginning June 2018, a new informational tool for RV and automotive dealerships carrying Torklift products will be available: a service writer performance report card.
The performance report includes detailed information based upon the experience of customers seeking Torklift products at dealerships across the country. This includes call wait time, product knowledge and overall experience at each dealership.
“Our performance report is very unique and a great opportunity for dealerships hoping to increase sales or improve customer service,” said Torklift Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Candice Kay.
The goal is for Torklift to provide dealers with customer feedback that the Torklift Customer Service and Sales team receives. This allows Torklift dealers to pinpoint areas where they are doing well, or areas where product training could be needed.
“Torklift is dedicated to help its dealers grow sales and reach their goals for success,” said Torklift President Jack Kay. “At Torklift, we hope to make purchasing products easier and hassle-free for retail customers. We believe our dealers also want to accomplish these same goals, as well as increasing their sales. With direct customer feedback, we can all achieve these goals.”
Torklift certified dealers are listed on the “Where To Buy” section on Torklift’s website. Additional tools for certified dealers include one-on-one sales trainings, showroom displays and webinars.
“We want to support our dealer network,” said Kay. “That’s why we feel it’s necessary to provide them with helpful resources.”
