ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. — Sys2K and Arrow Distributing today announced the availability of an integration between the two companies that will streamline exchanges between dealership management software and the parts ordering process.
This partnership and the companies’ combination of software and parts ordering are key components to optimizing the ordering process and user experience, the release noted.
With an accumulative 60-plus years of experience, both Sys2K and Arrow Distributing are able to provide skilled and professional customer service which will benefit not only the dealers but the customers they serve, it added.

The integration will allow parts departments to look up availability as well as order parts directly from Sys2K’s Infinity software.
This saves the user time as they do not have to leave the dealership management system to place orders and re-key information onto the distributor’s website. Along with a streamlined user experience, this integration will also allow for an improved response time, better performance, and the benefits of a single work station for all of the dealership’s needs.
