RVIA launches customer invite program for RVX exhibitors

UNITED STATES — With the rise of social and digital media, exhibitors are communicating with their customers in new ways. Now, exhibitors at RVX, the industry’s biggest market-development event, have a new digital resource proven to drive traffic to their booths.

VIP Guest Invites is a free, fully customized marketing toolkit that allows exhibitors to easily promote their booth presence and invite their customers and prospects to RVX. All RVX exhibitors have already received a dashboard featuring tools including banner graphics, an HTML invite email, a landing page and social media sharing tools. Each tool promotes the exhibitor’s booth location and an invite code that attendees can use when registering for RVX. The tools are all easily copied and shared to the exhibitor’s own customer lists and social channels with just the click of a button.

“We’re constantly looking to provide our exhibitors with additional opportunities that add value to their participation, and help them increase traffic to their booths,” said Liz Crawford, SVP of RV Industry Association’s trade shows & events. “Research has shown that exhibitors who do pre-show marketing receive up to 20 percent more traffic to their exhibits. This new customer invite program is an effective way for RVX exhibitors to simplify their marketing efforts prior to the event.”

Registration for the industry’s newest and biggest event is now open – and it’s free for dealers! RVX has the tools you need to stay relevant in our ever-changing marketplace and is designed to help you gain a competitive edge and sell more RVs. If you’re looking to grow your business, you can’t afford to miss RVX: The RV Experience, March 12-14 in beautiful Salt Lake City.
