RV Learning Center webinar explores background checks

FAIRFAX, Va. — Purchasing and using a background check is like obtaining a prescription drug from the local pharmacy – there are laws and regulations governing how and when you can use it, a press release from RVDA stated.

The Mike Molino RV Learning Center and RVDA associate KPA will present a free webinar on Feb. 22, at noon Eastern on how to comply with those regulations. To register, click here.

This webinar will be presented by Todd Higey, ESS General Council. Higey provides valued support to the ESS’ Client Care Services, publishing educational information and hosting seminars in order to raise awareness of current and trending issues in the fields of consumer reporting compliance and employment law. He obtained his J.D. from Duquesne University and currently serves as a member of several committees including Government Relations Committee, Birmingham Business Alliance.

Webinars are provided by RVDA’s strategic partner KPA as part of the array of educational offerings available through the RV Learning Center. Register online.
