Prepare now for Professional Certification Week

FAIRFAX, Va. — The Mike Molino RV Learning Center has designated March 17 to 23 as RV Professional Certification Week, the RV Dealers Association announced today.

“It is a time for dealers to commit to taking skills and professionalism to the next rung,” said Phil Ingrassia, RVDA president. “The center offers many products and programs that can help prepare your staff for certification.”

There are certification programs for fixed-operations employees, including technicians, who can be certified through a joint program with RVIA.

“Consumers recognize the benefits of dealing with a business that uses certified employees and often choose a dealership based on that factor,” said Ingreassia. “And the rewards of education serve the industry, the dealer, and the individual employee as increased professionalism makes the entire industry perform better.”

Certification candidates who take the test during RV Professional Certification Week will receive a free, one-year subscription to RV Technician magazine.
