BOSTON — The two most important words in Randy Murray’s vocabulary are education and service, and both are the hallmark of the technical service operations at Pete’s RV Centers, RVing in New England noted today.
Murray oversees training education for the dealership’s technicians working in Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Indiana. He also acts as a liaison between RV manufacturer and supplier training courses and the everyday requirements of technicians looking for additional information when troubleshooting diagnostic challenges on their customers’ RVs brought in for service.
“Randy is also a popular speaker on many seminar programs at the consumer RV shows throughout New England from January through March,” said Bob Zagami, executive director of the New England RV Dealers Association (NERVDA). “He has a unique ability to connect with RVers with understandable explanations of service troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and required repairs to their major investment in the RV lifestyle.”
Murray will answer questions from RVing in New England viewers and will highlight items they should consider as they get their RVs ready for the upcoming camping season.
RVing in New England airs every Wednesday at 7 p.m. on the NERVDA Facebook page at www.facebook.com/rvinginnewengland. Replays are available after the show concludes.
