RESTON, Va. — Attendees at RVX: The RV Experience will be able to check out the latest marketing and branding trends right on the industry showcase exhibit hall floor at the PowerTalk Patio.
Similar to Ted Talks, these 30-minute sessions will feature an array of inspiring thought leaders from inside and outside the RV industry who will be sharing their insights and expertise to dealers and retailers looking to grow their business in 2019.
March 13 from 1 to 1:30 p.m., Jill Nickels will review top trends in retail design that enhance the buying experience consumers are looking for as they make the decision to purchase an RV.
Current conversations in retail revolve around a single, big topic of “the customer experience.”
As the Gensler digital experience design leader, and a 25-year veteran of the retail industry, Nickels is qualified to help dealers better understand the customer experience. Nickels is a frequent speaker on experience trends and Gensler is widely recognized as the world’s leading collaborative design firm, RVIA noted.
