ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — With the popularity of digital marketing continuing to rise, the typical customer journey looks much different today than it did even a few years ago, the North American Trailer Dealers Association noted today.
“Even though digital marketing has taken on such a prominent role, it’s important not to forget about connecting with customers based on the actions they take in person,” said Marketing Manager Corey Langley. “The best way to connect the dots between digital and in-person marketing is geofence targeting.”
Dealer Spike’s Connect the Customer Journey with Geofence Targeting, an NATDA dealership performance training webinar set for March 28, will explain the technology and strategy behind geofence targeting in a way that makes sense to today’s trailer dealer, the release noted. In addition, there will be live examples to show how geofence targeting works.
Participants will learn the answers to:
- What is geofence targeting?
- What role does geofence targeting play in today’s digital-first world?
- What are the benefits of using geofence targeting as a trailer dealer?
- What kinds of results have similar dealerships seen using geofence targeting?
To pose a question to be answered on the webinar, simply submit it using the hashtag #GeofenceTargeting on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. NADTA did not offer instructions regarding how to create the hashtag or in what context.
