RESTON, Va. — March 14 from 10 to 11:45 a.m., Harold Oehler, the general counsel for Lazydays RV, and Scott Folkers, from Winnebago Industries, will be providing RVX attendees with proven techniques used by RV dealers and manufacturers to prevent lawsuits and resolve customer issues, the RV Industry Association reported.
The 90-minute presentation is designed to provide RV dealers and manufacturers with practical strategies and techniques to prevent consumer litigation by solving their customer’s problems more quickly and efficiently.
“This is the most valuable presentation I’ve seen in more than 40 years of attending RV programs,” said Randy Biles, of Pikes Peak RV.
The session was created in collaboration between the RV Industry Association and RV Dealers Association, as well as some of the top attorneys from across the country who specialize in representing RV dealers and manufacturers.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about key laws impacting dealers, how to prevent problems before the sale ever occurs, and how to partner with the manufacturer to resolve customer issues and effectively respond to claims, the release explained.
