Lazydays Holdings acquires Shorewood RV Center

TAMPA, Fla. —  Lazydays Holdings has completed its acquisition of Shorewood RV Center in Anoka, Minnesota. The purchase agreement was announced in May and the deal closed on August 7.

Located northwest of Minneapolis, the Shorewood RV Center acquisition marks Lazydays’ expansion into the Midwest region. With this latest addition, the company now operates six dealerships in four states: Florida, Arizona, Colorado and Minnesota.

“Lazydays has become America’s preferred RV dealership in the Southeast, Southwest and Rockies, and we’re excited to bring our renowned customer experience to the Midwest,” said William P. Murnane, chairman and CEO of Lazydays.

He added, “Shorewood RV established a loyal following since its founding in 1999, and we intend to keep everything customers love about the dealership — from its dedicated team to its full range of services and top RV brands — while adding our signature benefits and offerings that have made Lazydays the premier destination for RVers nationwide.”

Lazydays Minnesota offers a wide range of new and pre-owned motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers from the
industry’s leading manufacturers, as well as a service center, RV rentals and accessories and parts store.
