FAIRFAX, Va. – Kaleigh Morgan, service coordinator at Hemlock Hill RV in Southington, Connecticut, has been chosen as the 2018-2019 recipient of the Duane Spader Leadership Development Scholarship.
The scholarship, valued at nearly $15,000, will allow her to attend an 18-month Spader Leadership Development Program. The program is just one element of the strategic alliance between Spader and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
The scholarship is named after its founder and former RVDA chairman, Duane Spader. The joint arrangement promotes leadership development programs for RVDA members and provides one annual scholarship. The scholarship is part of a broader program of RVDA educational opportunities directed at Young RV Executives.
Morgan began her career in the RV Industry nearly five years ago as a parts clerk at Hemlock Hill RV and was promoted within a year to Retail Parts Manager. After Morgan earned the promotion to a Service Coordinator, she was brought to the 2016 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo by Hemlock Hill RV. Kaleigh attended the Dale Carnegie workshops and other workshops for Young RV Executives.
