MIDDLEBURY, Ind. — Jayco Inc. continues to look for ways to better serve its dealer partners and provide superior customer service leading to increased sales coast to coast.
Starting today, October 29, the customer service department will be available from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. in all time zones, coast to coast, Monday through Friday.
This change, provides dealers in every location across the U.S. and Canada access to the Jayco call center during their regular business hours for parts, service and support.
“Jayco has built a reputation over the past 50 years of providing exceptional industry leading customer service. This change is another example of us listening to our dealers and rolling out the extended hours to ensure our customers have the best possible experience” said Matt Thompson, Jayco COO.
