WINKLER, Manitoba — ICON, a manufacturer and marketer of plastic components for RV, expanded its customer service hours for people ordering aftermarket parts and components.
As of Jan. 2 customer service will be available 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, regardless of time zone. Saturday, service will be available 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST.
The customer service team works with RV owners, dealers and distributors to aid in the correct selection of replacement parts, offer installation advice and assist with general inquiries. The extended hours will allow for dealers across the continent to receive help during their regular business hours, the release noted.
“An important goal for ICON in 2019 is to help dealers accomplish their own RECT (repair event cycle time) goals,” said Jordan Martindale, ICONs marketing manager. “Ensuring a dealer can get expert advice on part selection is a fundamental piece to that.”
