FAIRFAX, Va. — “The Adaptable Young RV Executive” will be presented by David Spader Nov. 3 at Bally’s in Las Vegas, the RV Dealers Association announced today.
The professional development opportunity, which will include a personalized 360 assessment, is separate from the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo, but co-located for dealer convenience.
Sponsorship by Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. will keep the affordable price even lower for the first 25 registrants. Registration is available online through Spader Business Management. The session is part of the strategic alliance between the Mike Molino RV Learning Center and RVDA associate member Spader Business Management.

The half-day course is valued at $365, but the Gulf Stream Coach sponsorship for the first 25 registrants will lower the cost to $149 for RVDA members and $249 for non-members.
A box lunch is included in the cost of the session, which begins at 8:15 a.m. and runs until 11:45 a.m. Participation is limited, so interested individuals are encouraged to register early, especially if they want to benefit from the sponsorship.
Participants will spend the morning focusing on adaptability, which is rapidly becoming the single best predictor of leadership success in the RV industry. Adaptable leaders, running adaptable dealerships are rapidly distancing themselves from the less adaptable.
This high-impact course will collect 360 degree feedback from registrants and their coworkers to identify each participant’s adaptability strengths and areas for further improvement. Once participants register for the course on Spader Business Management’s website, they will be contacted with additional information on how to gather the feedback from employees and coworkers.
“It’s extremely important to support the development of next generation of RV dealers and dealership managers,” said Dan Shea, of Gulf Stream Coach. “We are pleased to be able to sponsor this program for Young RV Executives held in conjunction with the RVDA convention.”
Data will be collected prior to the session and will be used to help registrants affirm their strengths; and it may even shed light onto a “blind spot” in a participant’s performance. Attendees will leave with a targeted action plan for taking their adaptability to the next level.
David Spader is one of the lead trainers and consultants for Spader Business Management in the areas of people, culture and strategic development. Spader Business Management has spent more than 30 years educating businesses how to have more time and make more money, how to develop a strong culture and high-performing staff, how to obtain and retain more customers and how to see and adjust with or ahead of the marketplace, the release explained.
Thousands of people have applied what they’ve learned through Spader programs and consulting services how to make and execute plans for efficient, productive and financially stable and growing operations, RVDA noted.
This Young RV Executives event coincides with the 2015 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo Nov. 2 to 6 at Bally’s in Las Vegas. The convention is sponsored by RVDA, RVDA of Canada, and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
Registrants who signed up for the convention/expo prior to Aug. 30 at discounted rates still have the option to bring additional staff at the rate they locked in over the summer.
