Flexsteel posts net sales increase for second quarter

DUBUQUE, Iowa – Flexsteel Industries posted a 9.2% increase in net sales for the second quarter of 2018, attributed mostly to increased volume in residential and contract sales.

Net sales for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2017, were $129.4 million, compared with $118.5 million for the second quarter of last fiscal year. In its press release, the company said increases in residential and contract net sales were “primarily due to increased volume.”
