SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Monday is the final day to reserve hotel rooms for the 2019 California RV Dealers Association (CalRVDA) conference, which takes place Feb. 20 and 21 at the Omni Hotel in San Diego.

Reservations must be made by Monday at 5 p.m. Pacific time to guarantee the special conference room rate of $259.99 per night, plus tax. People may still request rooms after the cut-off date, but rooms are subject to availability at prevailing room rates and not the special conference pricing.

To book a room, call the Omni San Diego Hotel at 800.843.6664 and mention participation in the CalRVDA conference to get the special pricing.

Participants can also book rooms online at omnihotels.com.

The agenda is nearly final and will be sent to registered attendees by the end of this week. Plans call for lively discussions on California’s business environment as well as a session on California labor laws, the release noted.

A golf tournament takes place at Torrey Pines the morning of Feb. 20. A dinner and silent auction will follow that evening.

For those helping to sponsor the 2019 CalRVDA Conference, there is a special reception Feb. 19 at 6:30 p.m. where sponsors can join the CalRVDA Board of Directors for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails.

The conference meeting will take place Feb. 21 starting at 9 a.m. and will conclude with a dealers-only session at 3 p.m.

For more information or to register for the conference, call Melissa Shetler at 916.448.3444.
