Cummins awarded military contract boost

INDIANAPOLIS — The U.S. Department of Defense has awarded a multi-million contract boost to Columbus-based Cummins.

The contract modification, totaling nearly $8.5 million, calls for the production of diesel engines for the U.S. Army.
