Creative RV is disrupting the RV retail market

CHINO, Calif. — Haggling and lack of transparency have paved the way for disruptors with transparent pricing to emerge and succeed in industries such as mattress retail and automotive dealers. Brands that offer educational and consultative approaches that embrace transparency are rebuilding their categories and delivering higher consumer satisfaction.

Creative RV is betting that RV customers want to avoid the current price haggling model and would prefer transparent pricing policies with no hidden fees. Creative RV, a division of Creative Bus sales, was founded to meet the consumer need by creating a better way to buy an RV.

With many first time buyers entering the market, the RV industry has enjoyed high growth in the last few years. RVs represent a high involvement purchase where families seek and identify the right product that can bring their families together to allow them to explore the great outdoors.

While recreational vehicles represent an emotion-driven purchase, the dealer market has been a fragmented and locally driven marketplace with a smorgasbord of RV options in crowded lots being pushed on the consumers by local dealers who are under pressure to sell inventory due to high floor plan finance fees.

Creative RV has entirely avoided this process by partnering with the largest RV manufacturer in the U.S. to bring a streamlined selection of the popular models and providing them on just in time basis to its multiple locations nationwide. This approach has allowed Creative RV to reduce supply chain costs, which, in turn, allows it to offer low and transparent pricing without the usual haggle.

Creative RV is a family owned national RV dealership with locations including Chino, California; Jacksonville, Florida; Atlanta, Georgia; Phoenix, Arizona; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Mukilteo, Washington. Creative RV specializes in towables and is a division of Creative Bus Sales.
