Coach-Net enhances towable membership plans

IRVING, Texas — Coach-Net announced today it has launched a premier membership level as part of its enhanced suite of roadside assistance plans.

Coach-Net’s new Premier Towable and Premier Coach plans provide members with all-inclusive coverage for the RV owner and family, including coverage not only on the RV, but also all other personal vehicles owned, rented, borrowed or leased. The upgraded memberships now offer an array of new features and benefits for members, the company noted in a press release.

The new enhancements available through the Premier plans include:

  • Global emergency services benefits such as:
    • Emergency medical evacuation by ground or air ambulance
    • Vehicle return, including RVs
    • Pet return assistance
  • Discounts and savings on:
    • Campgrounds nationwide
    • RV insurance
    • Shopping for RV products, camping gear and RV lifestyle accessories

The Coach-Net Premier membership plans also include access to the RV Technical Assistance Hotline, staffed by certified technicians; unlimited roadside assistance; coverage for trailers, tow dollies, boat trailers and utility trailers; and emergency trip interruption benefits.

“Coach-Net has always been focused on serving the personalized needs of our members to help them enjoy the RV lifestyle,” said Matt Krzysiak, CEO of National Motor Club, Coach-Net’s parent company. “We saw that demand for U.S. towables grew by 10 percent for the entire 2012 year, which is why we’re now offering a premier membership plan specifically for owners of towables for the first time ever, in addition to the premier membership for coach owners.

“Through both of these new plans, as well as through our full range of membership plans, we are delivering unique services and benefits that enable our members to travel smartly, safely and with full confidence in Coach-Net,” said Krzysiak. “No other provider of RV benefits offers such a great mix of specialized experience and robust benefits.”
According to the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association, sales of towables are driving the recovery in the RV market. In fact, towables now account for about 90 percent of the new RV market.”

Krzysiak said Coach-Net understands that within the RV consumer market, there is an array of customers with different needs, which is why the company offers membership levels ranging from $59 to $149 per year, plus a one-time $10 application fee for new members on any plan.
