Airxcel acquires Aqua-Hot

WICHITA, Kansas — Airxcel announced today that it has acquired Aqua Hot Heating Systems, a provider of hydronic heating systems to the RV Industry for 34 years.

Based in Frederick, Colo., Aqua Hot’s products are designed for larger fifth wheels and Class A motorhomes.

Through this acquisition, Aqua Hot joins RV Products, Suburban, Dicor and MCD as part of Airxcel’s RV Group.

This addition to the Airxcel stable of market-leading brands like Coleman-Mach, Maxxair, Suburban, CAN, MCD and Dicor adds real value to all our customer segments,” said Jeff Rutherford, Airxcel president and CEO.
