RVIA meet with Pence policy director about key issues

Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) President Frank Hugelmeyer and the Government Affairs Leadership Team of Craig Kirby and Jay Landers met with Vice President Pence’s Deputy Director of Domestic Policy Stephen Pinkos.

As reported by RVIA Today Express, the 30-minute meeting quickly turned into a 90-minute session covering issues from the booming RV industry, campground modernization, outdoor recreation and labor shortage to tax and trade policy measures.

During the meeting, RVIA staff extended an invite for Pence to give the Outlook Breakfast Keynote Address during the National RV Trade Show. It is not known yet whether or not the vice president’s schedule will allow him to attend.
