TX: RV park in Navasota closing

NAVASOTA, Tex. — The RV park in Navasota will be coming to a close soon. At Monday night’s city council meeting in Navasota, the park, what do do with it, which included relocation, was up for discussion.

Discussion ranged from relocation, to upgrades, to just full on closing it. Mayor Bert Miller shared his opinion on the park and said it might be better suited in a different location.

“I don’t think it should be where it is, I agree with that. Especially in regards to the new housing development. And with it being on airport property, it is not even funding the right place,” said Miller.
