Pelland launches new website for Copake KOA

HAYDENVILLE, Mass. — Pelland Advertising today announced the launch of a new responsive website for Copake KOA, the first park to be designated a KOA Holiday Campground in the state of New York.

The campground is owned by the Reinard Family, who began working with Pelland Advertising when they owned and operated a previous campground in Cooperstown, N.Y.

“As part of our park’s conversion to a KOA Holiday campground, we wanted a complete website redesign that would showcase our new designation. Pelland Advertising has designed many advertisements and brochures for us over the years, and we are thrilled with our first website venture with them,” said Cathy Reinard. “We chose them to design our website because we wanted a whole new look, plus the ability for the website to respond to our customers’ variety of viewing devices. Computer, tablet or phone users all get a perfect view every time.”

The new KOA Holiday designation defines a quality campground with superior facilities and activities, said Peter Pelland. “KOA Holidays are great getaways, with plenty to do, and amenities and services to match the way you camp,” he added. “Copake KOA is a fun place to stay for an extended period of time, with many fabulous planned activities on site and interesting tourist attractions nearby.”

According to Pelland Advertising Graphic Designer Josh Pelland, “The challenge was to create a site unlike any other campground website. I wanted to emphasize the strengths of the KOA branding, while making the unique qualities of Copake KOA abundantly clear. The resulting site has a lot of subtle interactivity and is really fun to explore. I think it comes across as a well-designed and unique home on the Internet.”

The new website design concept is now being incorporated into new advertising that will appear in the 2014 CONY Campground & RV Park Guide, along with subsequent collateral advertising to be produced by Pelland Advertising.
