Outdoor rec project grants available

JAMESTOWN, N.D. — The North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department received approximately $383,458 of federal grant funds that are available for outdoor recreation projects through the Land and Water Conservation Fund, according to The Jamestown Sun.

The Land and Water Conservation Fund is a 50-50 matching grant program administered at the state level by the NDPRD and funded at the federal level by the U.S. Department of Interior and National Park Service, The Jamestown Sun reported.
