N.Y.: Tiny Tines conditionally approved

CATSKILL, N.Y. — The Catskill Town Planning Board approved the proposal for a recreational vehicle campground last week, pending review of final site plans and given that the campground follows conditions set by the board.

Tiny Tines, a 60-unit RV campground set to be built on Cairo Junction Road, is before the planning board for a special-use permit. A campground is considered a special use in a rural-residential zone. The property will be managed by Getaway, a company specializing in rural vacation rentals, which currently operates another campground, Little Antlers, on Castle Road in Catskill.
