N.S.: Missed deadline will not impact Big Pond campground

BIG POND, N.S. — A lawyer for the developer seeking to build a campground development in Big Pond missed a deadline to file a submission to the provincial regulator by 89 minutes and as a result the group opposed to the project sought to have the document ruled inadmissible.

A group of local residents has appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board seeking to overturn a CBRM decision that approved an application to amend its land-use bylaw to allow for the proposed 211 fully-serviced sites RV park and campground.
