N.M.: City council approves two temporary RV parks

CARLSBAD, N.M. — Carlsbad City Councilors continued tackling the city’s housing shortage at Tuesday’s meeting.

Councilors approved two temporary housing permits for nearly 150 new RV spaces.

Permittee Susan Crenshaw owns nearly 10 acres of land at 4710 National Parks Highway that will house 31 RVs.
