IN: State park deal meant to encourage people to get outside

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Many people in our area traded in their shopping carts for hiking boots Friday. Entry to all State Parks in both Indiana and Michigan was free this Black Friday.

The goal — to encourage people to opt outside. A lot of people came out to soak up the beauty of Lake Michigan at Warren Dunes State Park.
