KETCHUM, Idaho — Meadows RV Park launches redesigned website with new video tours of the property and area. Recently acquired by Pacific Current Partners the Meadows Mobile Home Community and Meadows RV Park highlight the growth in acquisitions obtained by the group as they work to provide a quality living and recreational environment for their guests. The updated website and videos can be viewed at https://www.meadowsrvpark.com/.
The Meadows property is situated along Idaho Highway 75 just south of the tony enclave of Ketchum near the base of world famous Sun Valley Mountain Resort. Built back in the 60’s the park includes the Meadows Mobile Home Community, adjacent to biking trails along the Big Wood River, and Meadows RV Park out front closer to Highway 75 with views of the ski resort. Pacific Current Partners has already invested in improving the overall appearance of the property and bringing in new homes, while upgrading internal amenities and continuing to maintain a safe living environment for guests.
Upgrading the RV park is a significant challenge that the group is up to. “The RV sites were designed and built in a time before the units expanded to their current massive proportions” stated Brad Hill, property operations partner at Pacific Current Partners. “Modern RVs provide very luxurious accommodations and we are looking at ways to better accommodate them. In the interim we are using video to set expectations on what they will find when they arrive at our park.”
The Meadows RV Park has all pull through sites allowing the RV travelers to pull into the parking spot, park and then pull ahead to leave after their stay. The problem arises when RV owners arrive with extra large units and find that pulling in and out of sites is still difficult due to the original design. By better showing the accommodations to potential guests Pacific Current Partners is minimizing complaints and better allowing guests to plan their stays.
“The marketing videos are designed to show what the park looks like and demonstrate the overall beauty of the area,” added Mark Koep, founder and CEO of CampgroundViews.com, “It is something that all travelers want, to be able to see the place they will stay, and is a smart initial investment by the company in revitalizing the property.”
The Meadows RV Park is situated in a scenic location with direct access to the popular paved multi-use Wood River Trail allowing guests to walk, bike or run deeper into the canyon or out canyon to Bellevue Idaho. “Once into our park guests are presented with excellent views of the mountains including the Seattle Ridge Day Lodge at the top of Sun Valley Mountain Resort,” concluded Niederkofler.
