AUBURNDALE, Fla. — The City Commission took action Monday night toward the possible development of a 436-site recreational vehicle resort.

The property has a future land-use designation of regional activity center and is zoned as light industrial. The owners are seeking to have the designation changed to tourism commercial center, which would allow construction of an RV park.
