DENVER, Colo. — With temperatures dipping into the teens and single digits overnight in Colorado’s mountains, it may not seem overly enticing to start planning an overnight camping trip. But campsite reservations are already up for grabs for the spring and summer.
A handful of state parks launched a reservation-only camping program last summer. After seeing success from this system, CPW added 15 more states parks to the program.
