CA: Murrieta Palms waste discharge permit is replaced

FALLBROOK, Calif. — The waste discharge permit for what was formerly Warm Springs Mobile Home and RV Park has been replaced with enrollment of the Murrieta wastewater facility in the county’s Local Agency Management Plan.

A 6-0 Regional Water Quality Control Board vote Feb. 13, with Megan Blair absent, rescinded the waste discharge requirements order for what is now Murrieta Palms Mobile Home Park. The elimination of the RWQCB permit and requirements transfer the regulation of the Murrieta Palms Mobile Home Park on-site wastewater treatment system to the Riverside County’s Department of Environmental Health.
