BLM proposes fees increases at Salem campgrounds

SALEM, Ore. — The price to spend the night at campgrounds near Salem will increase if a proposal from the Bureau of Land Management is approved.

Salem BLM is proposing fee increases that range from $4 to $6 extra for a single campsite to $15 to $70 for cabins and group campsites.

The fee increase would be the first in seven years, the agency said in a press release.
