APA to decide on campgrounds, state land

RAY BROOK, N.Y. — The state Adirondack Park Agency will host its monthly meeting on Thursday and Friday this week at agency headquarters in Ray Brook, and on the agenda are two small projects as well as several state Department of Environmental Conservation plans.

The full agency board will convene at 9 a.m. Thursday. At 9:30 the Regulatory Programs Committee will decide on a variance for a single-family dwelling on Loon Lake, near Vermontville. The committee will then consider the approvability of a new excavation business in Fort Ann.
