RV shipments post a 5.8 percent jump in November

(Dec. 30, 2013) -- Year to date, total shipments have grown 12.2 percent to 299,451 units through November 2013, the largest total in six years, RVIA records show. Shipments of all towable RVs have risen 9.7 percent to 264,019 units while motorhome shipments shot up up 36 percent to 35,432 units, both were six year bests. Read More »

Louisville attendance falls short of projections

(Dec. 6, 2013) -- A total of 7,751 people attended this year’s event, up 93 people or 1 percent compared to the final 2012 attendance figures. Overall attendance up, but dealer participation down in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Attendance is up at the National RV Trade Show, but dealer participation is down 3.3 percent, according to figures released today by the National RV Trade Association. A total of 6,836 people were registered on opening day of the three-day event taking place at the Kentucky Expo Center. Last year’s opening day attracted 6,710 people.
