RIVERTON, Wyo. — Hi Mountain Seasonings has introduced six new products that will recast the future of fantastic flavors on the grill, the company announced today.
Among the new inspirations for burgers and bacon this grilling season are Buffalo wing, garlic pepper, fiesta salsa, zesty western, hickory smoke, and black pepper and brown sugar.
The four new tantalizing blends of Buffalo Wing Burger, Garlic Pepper Burger, Fiesta Salsa Burger and Zesty Western Burger have been handcrafted to satisfy any grilling desire.
The Buffalo Wing’s unique mix of paprika, vinegar powder, garlic, salt, and blended spices provides an amazing flavor combination—just add Hi Mountain’s Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing to complete the buffalo-wing flavor sensation. The Garlic Pepper is the simple yet robust blend that creates a perfect pairing for succulent burgers every time, the release explained.
The new Fiesta Salsa seasoning blends all the flavors of salsa, including bell peppers, onions, jalapenos, garlic, onion, cilantro and other spices to create a fiesta of flavor on your taste buds. The Zesty Western features a select mix of garlic, onion, carrot, bell pepper, sugar, salt, spices and natural mesquite smoke to give it a hearty and bold flavor.
Hickory is the most popular smoking wood, but not everyone wants to smoke his or her burgers. That is why Hi Mountain Seasonings is offering its new Hickory Burger seasoning that gives burgers that rich, full, distinctive smoke flavor without the need for a smoker.
The new Hi Mountain Seasoning Bacon Seasoning has a perfect blend of brown sugar and black pepper truly redefines gourmet burgers. This new seasoning can be sprinkled on bacon before cooking for any meal masterpiece.
All of these seasonings are simple to use; just mix in with the meat before cooking, and let them do their magic. Each bottle will season 25 quarter-pound burgers or roughly six pounds of meat. The Bacon Seasoning can season 25 burgers or approximately 75 slices of bacon. All are currently available at a local retailer or online at www.himntjerky.com for a suggested retail of $6.99.
