Aquaforno unveils next-generation all-in-one portable outdoor cooking stove

Birmingham, UK – Award-winning outdoor cooking stove specialist, Aquaforno, today unveiled its latest generation all-in-one portable cooking system, Aquaforno II, for the first time at the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show (CCM Show) 2018, in Birmingham, UK.

The eagerly awaited Aquaforno II delivers even more versatility than the original which has been delighting campers and glampers, families, adventurers, scout groups, tailgaters, over landers, preppers, barbecue fans and gadget lovers all over the world for seven+ years.

“We’ve evolved the Aquaforno to encompass all aspects of outdoor living and outdoor fun based on our customers’ feedback,” explains Tim Rhodes, co-founder and co- inventor of Aquaforno. “On the cooking side, we’ve added a split grill, a rotisserie bracket and the capacity to hold a tray for keeping food warm; it also now features four adjustable cooking heights to accommodate different food types, plus we’ve improved its smoking capability.”

In addition to these new outdoor gastronomical possibilities, the latest design includes a double insulated lid for enhanced temperature stability. Its adjustable vent and new thermometer allows for temperature control, and a clever spark arrestor has been built in for extra safety. It also has spring-loaded legs for easier assembly and a more user-friendly, sturdier, door mechanism.

“Not only is it portable and easy to assemble, it cooks anything from a Sunday roast to breakfast pancakes, to paella, with consummate ease. It is the ultimate glamping product,” adds Rhodes. “It can even cater quickly and efficiently for large groups, for example, cooking as many as twenty delicious restaurant quality pizzas per hour”.

You can sit around the Aquaforno to keep warm outdoors, dry wet clothes on it using its handy clip-on hooks, and enjoy hot drinks or wash-up via the removable dishwasher-friendly kettle that provides a litre of boiling water every six minutes.

“Aquaforno is designed to bring people together outdoors,” continues Rhodes. “Whether you’re at a camping site, on the beach, on a fishing expedition or in the backyard, the Aquaforno can go where you go and cater for all your outdoor needs”.

On March 5, the company will launch a crowdfunding campaign on the Indiegogo platform where customers can place pre-orders for Aquaforno II to support product manufacturing.

“Now is the very best time to purchase the Aquaforno II,” explains Rhodes. “During the crowdfunding campaign period, not only can you place an order for the very latest model at the lowest possible price in Aquaforno’s seven-year history, you’re also in with an excellent chance of receiving a range of valuable accessories with your unit, free of charge, as we meet our campaign goals.”

The company is encouraging existing and new Aquaforno fans to spread the word about the crowdfunding opportunity online. The previous Aquaforno cooking unit recently won Camping Product of the Year in the UK Outdoor Industry Awards 2017 and has also been acknowledged as a top camping product at The Gadget Show Live as well as being featured on The Hairy Bikers’ BBC Northern Exposure cooking series.
