Woman threatens children at campground, arrested

(July 18, 2016) -- A Massachusetts woman is in the Lancaster County Prison after she reportedly threatened random children at a campground and kicked a police officer.

PEQUEA TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A Massachusetts woman is in the Lancaster County Prison after she reportedly threatened random children at a campground and kicked a police officer.

Maxine Y. Laquerre was arrested following an incident Friday around 8:20 p.m. at the Outdoor World Campground in the 2100 block of Millersville Road in Pequea Township.

Police say Laquerre was cursing at and threatening random children at a playground and causing a disturbance at a bathhouse.
