SACRAMENTO, Calif. — So you’re going camping. Your backpack, tent, food and other amenities are packed. You’re ready to go, right? Well, not necessarily.
Did you make your reservation? What about permits? Do you know how much money you’ll need for camping fees?
For many of California’s state parks, as well as the national ones, camping isn’t as simple as setting down a tent and enjoying all that Mother Nature has to offer. There are rules.
