VW fans ‘catch the bug,’ bring it to Tah;equaj

(Oct. 11, 2017) -- A groovy scene unfolded in downtown Tahlequah Saturday, when Volkswagen enthusiasts from Oklahoma and beyond attended the V-Dubs on Main festival.

TAHLEQUAH, Okla. — A groovy scene unfolded in downtown Tahlequah Saturday, when Volkswagen enthusiasts from Oklahoma and beyond attended the V-Dubs on Main festival.

A flag flies outside of The Grill’s balcony in downtown Tahlequah, while festival goers attend the V-Dubs on Main event at Norris Park.

Muskogee Avenue was closed off to through traffic, and Volkswagens of all models and ages lined the street as gearheads inspected one another’s rides and talked shop.
