The eco-friendly camper by Wohnwagon

SAVANNAH, Ga. — These days, living small is in. While I obviously need more space with my two kids, I have to admit that the whole idea is intriguing to me… especially when it looks like this.  These little homes keep getting better and better.

All developed by Wohnwagon, these little homes feature their own off-the-grid electricity, waste and water systems.  It’s all done with recycled materials, and it’s then designed to create a slick-looking trailer.

The company uses clay plaster, larch wood that has been treated with natural oils, and sheep’s wool for insulation.  Solar panels are on the roof to generate energy.  Water is stored and heated used either a wood-burning stove or energy from the panels.
